By accessing or using DocDrop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DocDrop provides document collection tools for professionals. Each client you add receives a unique email address and phone number for submitting documents, which are stored securely on your behalf.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
DocDrop offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malware, to impersonate others, or to abuse the document intake channels (email/SMS) for spam or unsolicited communications.
You retain ownership of all documents uploaded to the Service. DocDrop does not claim ownership of your content. We grant you a license to use the Service software during your subscription.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. DocDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
